Developer Markborough Development Company is a community land developer which began operations in the Houston area in 1971. Location New Territory is located in the southwest Houston metropolitan area of Fort Bend County and is less than 30 minutes from downtown Houston and 20 minutes from the Galleria/Post Oak area. New Territory provides close proximity and easy access to the Southwest Freeway (U.S. Highway 59 South), State Highway 6, Highway 90A and the Sam Houston Tollway. With the opening of the Grand Parkway (Houston's third major freeway loop), easier access has been provided to and from New Territory.
